I am currently Undecided but working on getting into the Psychology program. It is seen as one of the harder programs to become a part of on this campus and there are a lot of prerequisites and coursework that goes along with that particular major.

This Is My New Home?
There are a number of apartments on and off campus that a campus bus will pick up. The prices vary and it depends on how many people you pick to live with and what location you want to live at. Many of the apartments look old and rundown which is not attractive to young buyers and college students. It would be nice if they fixed them up better.

I Mean C'mon, It's the U of I
The University of Illinois is known for having one of the largest greek campuses which allows for a large social population. Although it is a large school we are able to assimilate fairily well. There are always events on campus and activities to keep everyone active and interested. This was my first choice school and I am glad I got accepted.

Can You Connect Now?...Good.
When there is an overload of people in the libraries on campus the wireless connection is extremely slow. In order to get high speed action you have to go to the library very early or very late when there is no one around. More wire-less areas with high-speed internet would be pleasurable for a university of its size.

Being Greek Isn't Everything
Greek life definitely has a high priority on our campus but you do not have to 'Go Greek' to be accepted. When Greeks throw parties they are usually generous with drinks and allow different types of people from the campus to attend. Believe it or not, our Greeks are also heavily involved with campus activities as well. All the stereotypes about Greeks are not necessarily true.

No Big Yellow School Bus Here
I do not have a car on campus but many of my friends do. Parking is difficult because it is extremely limited and you are only allowed to be at certain meters between certain hours of the day. I would suggest leaving the car at home and either using school-provided buses or just walk.
