Parking price is ridiculous. It should already be included with the rent but its not. Staff and maintenance workers are nice and helpful. There are shuttles to take you to campus which is convenient.

Girls and Guys
It depends on the people you hang out with. Some guys/girls like to party hard while others like to spend their time studying or doing volunteer work. Many Asians here. Social life overall is kind of dull. You just need to find the right group of friends

Its college. Theres tons of alcohol. Many people smoke weed. Ecstasy is also popular.
