Small Town Cooking
Although chain restaurants have a presence near campus, the favorite dining spots seem to be the independently owned spots such as Big Mama's Burritos and The Burrito Buggy. Peking Express is the place for cheap Chinese food and GG's Bubble tea is also pretty interesting.

We're Number One
I've literally never tried to find a party on any night of the week and failed. It's not obnoxious on the week nights but it is definitely there. There is a huge bar scene but it's not your only option if you want to go out. There is live music most nights of the week usually for a small cover charge if you are underage. Houses are always raging.
