Social Outings in Houston, Texas
Although there are many exciting places in Houston, such as NASA Space Center, the Galleria shopping mall, and the museums, this city can get a bit boring. As one gets older however, the night life is great, but as a college student, Houston's no New York or L.A.

Academics and Education at Rice University
Without a doubt, Rice University offers one of the greatest learning institutions of not only the United States, but also the entire world. The science and engineering departments are particularly strong and can help guide students to future career paths.

Travel and Transportation
The on-campus transportation is very efficient and expedient. For the metro system in Houston, buses sometimes run a bit late but are more or less predictable and trustworthy.
