The dining on campus is okay, but not great. The Atrium is the best place to eat because it has lots of fast food options. The dining halls occasionally have good food. Most of the time it is like cafeteria food. I stay in University Towers and have a meal plan there so I don't eat on campus very often.
The computer labs at NC State are rarely ever crowded and are open most of the time for use. You do not have to bring your own computer because they have plenty available. The only problem is that there are not many computer labs on campus. There is always wireless access for students and visitors.
