Academics at Brandeis University

A-

Brandeis Is Accepting and Helpful

Brandeis is very accepting and diverse in our academics. The amount of majors and minors offered is extensive, and they even have a program where you can create your own major and minor. The professors are ALWAYS there to help and lend a hand eve if you aren't in their class. The small class sizes really work to your advantage and there are literally at least 20 different outlets for getting help with ay material. Whether it be friends, previous students, related professors, or school appointed (student and faculty) advisors. The hardest part is registering for classes as a rising freshman. It still is difficult after your first year, but that's only because there are so many classes to choose from.

Guys & Girls at Brandeis University

B

Smart. Religious. Caring. Accepting.

No matter how they look, or how smart they are; the one thing that can ALWAYS be said about Brandeis boys and babes are that they are accepting. We are an extremely diverse community and being accepting of everyone for so many different reasons is important. The girls are relatively attractive, but some do prefer to focus on studies instead of looks. This definitely isn't a bad idea for $56,000/year. The boys range in extremely homely-very hot. There are a lot of preps, hipsters, and freestylers on the campus. The main religion for girls and guys is Judaism, and many Jews will interact with others; while a select few are very clique-y to only Jews.

Campus Strictness at Brandeis University

A

Prez Fred Is the Best

Brandeis can be pretty strict about enforcing their rules, but the punishments are made for us. It really shows that the administration, including the very famous and well-loved President Fred Lawrence, realize that we are kids. They do enforce the rules, but the punishments are just harsh enough to let us know that they care and that they are watching out for us, but lenient enough to let us get by without it sacrificing our life on campus.
