Granville a Small Town for the Big at Heart
Denison account fdor most of the city's population, but those outside the college are all warm and gratuitous as well. Downtown Granville is a great place for all ages with many fantastic sit-in restaurants,small shops, museums and opera house. Columbus is 30 minutes away and has one of the most beautiful shopping centers around in Easton Mall.

Could Be a Lot Better
More choices are sorely needed in the dining hall. The servers could do a lot better in preparing food, by properly cooking it and containing it. The one bright spot is the alternative choice to dining hall food called meal exchange, but food selection is limited here as well.

Diversity Becoming Better
With more scholarships being offered to minority groups like Horizon Upwards Bound and Posse the once predominately white school is getting a change in imagery. There are tons of religious beliefs here and those of varying sexual orientation. All of these groups are supported and represented in some fashion throughout campus.

So Secure
There are safety walks for when you are walking at night to a location. There is plenty of security presence that will assist you if necessary. You can leave your doors open and laptops out and people will not take them.

Great for Our Size
We are relatively small, but our facilities rock. Our athletic facility is solid. Classrooms and academic buildings are spacious and comfortable to work in. The dining hall is not mind-blowing, but definitely is a nice spot to eat. The apartments mainly for upperclassmen are outstanding. They are huge and some feel like mini condos.

Not Really Noticeable
We were once dominated by greeks but a little before I arrived the school toned down there outlandish activities. They still organize events such as fundraisers dances, talent shows, etc.
