Acute Diversity Awareness – I find the Student Body to be very diverse and a typical student tends to be open minded.

A Wonderful College Experience – Attending the College of San Mateo is a life changing experience for me. Earning a college degree has always been an unattainable dream. I have created a new vision for my life since enrolling at CSM. I am currently pursuing an A.S. in Physics and will transfer as an Environmental Engineering major. The CSM instructors are conscientious about helping me on a one-on-one basis, and are exceeding all of my expectations. I feel that the education I am receiving is assisting me to be competitive as a student and in my future career.

The Best Resources and Athletics. Student services does a great job focusing on student needs. The college promotes a welcoming campus culture to students from varied backgrounds. The academic resources at CSM's campus are up to date and technologically advanced.

College Staff Has Been Very Helpful – I would not be able to attend school without financial aid, and the staff at College of San Mateo has been very helpful. I continue to seek financial assistance, and feel comfortable with my relationship with the financial aid office.

A Friendly Campus Culture – The administration and faculty at CSM work to promote a welcoming college experience. The campus has recently undergone a complete renovation to improve the campus and update the classrooms to the latest technological standards.
