Beautiful Southern Weather
Hampton, Virginia has great weather. Warm summers and mediocre winters. Not too much snow. Rain can be an issue because of the distance between parking lots and buildings. Luckily, it doesn't rain often enough to cause a big problem.

it is impossible to get someone on the phone to help. You must go in person to have questions answered. Furthermore, Hampton provides little financial resources. Your best bet is to apply for as many privates scholarships as possible.
