Baketball Runs the School
Not much attention is paid to sports other than basketball, and for good reason. The Xavier basketball team is amazing (currently ranked #8 this year) and the majority of the students get into how the team is doing.

Here, but Not for Everyone
Drugs and alcohol are prevalent on campus, but only if you are looking specifically to party, otherwise drugs and alcohol are easy to miss. Drinking and smoking pot seem to be the top choices amongst students.

High Quantity of Cars
The Xavier run shuttle runs throughout the week, but I'm not sure as to where it goes. On Saturdays from 11am to 6pm the shuttle takes students to Kenwood, Target, and other nearby shopping centers.
Many students have cars, so it is easy to find someone willing to give you a ride.

Very Strict Regarding Alcohol
Xavier has a very strict policy when it comes to alcohol and underage consumption. The Xavier Police's only task is to bust parties and catch kids under the influence of alcohol. Parties usually get busted early and many students are cited for underage drinking or binge drinking in the dorms. They are then fined and have a meeting with their dorm's supervisor or the dean of students depending on how many previous offences they have had.

Cincinnati- the Rainy City
Cincinnati in one of the top ten cities in the US for cloudy days, and students realize this shortly after arriving on campus. Rain boots, umbrellas, and rain jackets are fashion staples on campus.
