Huge Library, but Needs Updating
The library is awesome, it has 6 floors and is the place to go around finals and test time. The only bad thing about it is it needs to be updated badly! In the next few years I can tell it will not be big enough to house the growing need of students.

Campus Is Pretty Safe
I never really feel unsafe while walking home from class. There are usually a ton of people around campus and I never walk alone. We also get a lot of updates from campus police about how to stay safe which is helpful.

Lot of Places in Uptown Normal
Uptown Normal is often the best place close to campus to get food. There are a lot of cafes and restaurants that offer good food for cheap prices.

Most Computers Are up to Date
Many of the computer labs or classrooms have the newest technology of software. The only thing to look out for is that many of the labs get crowded during finals or when major projects are due.

Visitation Is a Pain
In order to check someone in at the dorms, both the resident and the guest need to have 2 forms of ID and need to check out my midnight the next night.

Party Bus to the Bars
Most people take the party bus to downtown Bloomington. It is the best because you get to drink on them and its never that much money ($3).
