Safe If You Use Common Sense!
Clark University is in the middle of a city. Just like in any city, you can stay safe as long as you're smart: Keep your apartment door locked, don't walk alone at night and utilize the FREE on-campus van service. If you follow these simple guidelines there is no reason to be worried about safety.

Easy!
If you are willing to spend the money, you can get convenient garage parking all four years. However, if you are stingy like me, street parking is for the most part convenient except during the winter when there is a winter ban, during which there is only parking on one side of the street.

Use the Van Service!
Clark has a FREE Van service that runs from 4pm and 4am that can get you almost anywhere you need to go including 2 pharmacies, 3 grocery stores, 2 thrift stores, a fro-yo place and a myriad of ethnic and fast food restaurants. Worcester is very compact, so when it's nice out it is very easy to walk or bike anywhere you need to go.
