Iowa State University recently opened the new State Gym which is great. Along with that is the old gym, Lied Rec center which is also a wonderful place to work out. The library is multiple levels that get quieter as you go up, so there is a study environment for everyone! The campus is absolutely beautiful, especially in the Fall. People are super friendly and always willing to help. The professors, that I've had at least, for the most part are pretty understanding which makes learning much easier. Overall, I would say ISU has a lot to offer anyone!

ISU Campus Living
Living in the dorms was probably the best choice I made. It was a great way to meet people, which made moving super easy. Most of the dorms are close to one another which is nice. I would say the cost is about average. The one down side to some of the dorms is no air conditioning, but with the window open and a fan the heat was easy to take care of.

ISU Weather
I just started my second semester at ISU and this winter has been a noticeably snowless one. So I don't really have much to say on that. When the weather is nice you can always find people tossing a football or throwing a frisbee in their free time.
