Very Variable!
The underclassmen typically pre-game in the dorms, but you have to be fairly quiet depending on how strict your particular RA is. Its not that hard to get away with drinking in the dorms as long as you arent too loud. There are typically a few parties going on in the Logan neigborhood on the weekends, but the quality of the parties varies a lot. There can be absolutely nothing on some nights and five or six good ones on other nights. If all else fails, you are sure to see someone at Spikes

Just Keep Quiet
Its usually pretty easy to fly under the radar. You can go ahead and drink if you want, but you just have to be quiet about it. As long as you arent yelling and jumping around, you should be fine in the dorms

Stressful, but Helpful
Its best to go right in to the financial aid office if you want to communicate your situation well. However, the university is very fair in their financial aid packages and if you are a good student, they offer lots of grant and scholarship money too

Challenging Engineering Program!
I don't know much about jobs and internships yet, but from what I have heard, professors are really helpful. As far as the workload and curriculum goes, the program is challenging and the professors are usually pretty helpful. If your professor is not the best, there is always someone in the engineering building willing to help you if you need it. You are guaranteed admission to the engineering school, so its nice to get a head start and be out in four years instead of five or six

Mix of Old and New
The facilities on campus range a lot in quality. They are all clean and well maintained, some of them are just a tad old and could probably use a little renovation. As an engineering student, I appreciate the functionality of the science buildings and the library and student center are fantastic for studying. Aesthetics could use some work inside the buildings, but from the outside everything looks lovely.

Suite Style Housing!
The dorms are pretty good from what I have observed. Some dorms are better than others for sure and I highly recommend suite style housing. I have lived in a suite for the last two years and its fantastic. I'm not a fan of dorm-style, but coughlin is your best bet for that as its the newest dorm on campus. Some freshman housing isn't of the highest quality though
