Professors Care About the Students
The teachers are generally nice. I haven't had a teacher that I have dislike thus far, but I have heard of some pretty tough and unforgiving teachers. Most of the teachers I've met care more about the student's success in the class and in life than in having the reputation for an extremely hard class. However most of the teachers I have had are wonderful. Their goal is to teach you so that you can learn.

No Car Needed
Parking is a hassle! If you don't get to school early, you;ll need a lucky day to get a spot. They're pretty strict on parking in the teacher zones and what not, but everywhere else is fine. It doesn't cost any money to get a parking pass. But driving to school is a hassle. Luckily most housing and all of the buildings are within walking distance. Everything is generally close. It probably takes 10-15 minutes at the most to walk from one end of campus to the next. I don't have a car and I get around just fine.
