If you live on campus, you can get to 80% of your classes without ever going outside!! You can even leave your bedroom and get to class in slippers if it's raining and snowing! But if you're a commuter, parking can be a nightmare! Honestly, it's better to park outside of the downtown area and commute by bus. The taxi's, too, are very accessable to the students. Shuttles to the Greater Pittsburgh Airport are available and convenient.

This University plays a great host to all races and nationalities. Many of my friends have traveled all over the world and bring that experience to Pittsburgh. It is truly multicultural. I personally enjoy the many different opinions and outlooks offered to me by foreign students.

College Life in Pittsburgh – The Pittsburgh area by Point State Park is home to this University. Among the many attractions,(sports!!) there are great cultural events happening all around . The Pittsburgh Playhouse hosts our college dancers and theatre majors in top rated entertainment. Many museums and historical sites are within walking distance of the campus. The town boasts friendly nitelife with college fun on the Southside. I love the spending time in the city while getting a first rate education!
