Not a Big Need
The computers provided by Kent State are okay, but most students use their own personal laptops the majority of the time.

Better to Use Meal Plan
The town of Kent is pretty small. They have a few average restaurants but nothing spectacular. It gets very cold in the winter and is not worth it to go out in that kind of weather. Its easier just to stick to meal plan food.

Depends on What You Choose
The dorms at Kent State are good depending on which you choose. The Honors College and the Centennial Courts are very nice and new, but other dorms are better for making friends.
