Comprehension Means a Lot – The academic structure is like none I have ever seen. No point system only letter grades are used to measure performance. Any grade lower than B- is failing... and very frustrating.

Unique Workloads in Classes – In the Master's of Health Science program, there are really no tests. Each class is broken into modules. For each module, there is a case assignment, a session long project, and threaded discussion. In my experience, the case assignments are papers that range from two pages to four or PowerPoint's that range from ten to twenty slides. The session long projects are the same and sometimes are compiled in the final module for submission. The threaded discussions consist of giving thoughts on the topic and interchanging thoughts with other class members. Not too bad, right? The courses have you to teach yourself which is frustrating at times and very beneficial at others.
