They have from basic Dell computers to top notch Mac's. The school offers laptops to rent for 4 hours for free (included with the tuition and fee's) and once those 4 hours are up you can go back and check it out. Printing services are in every building and an ease to access. Computers at the library get crowded sometimes but not often. You can access a computer anytime around campus.

Everything is right across the street from campus including all the fast foods you can think of to all the restaurants you can thinks of such as Red Robin, Outback, Panera, Olive Garden. Everything is close by or a 10 min driving distance. The number 1 go to place for UNCW students is Cook-Out. Its basically on campus but not part of campus making it off-campus. I walk there or drive there all the time. It's cheap and opened all day and night except from 5-7am.

I'd have to say that the amount of opportunities offered at UNCW is what sets it apart from other Universities. You can get funding for any clubs or orgs you create. We have a very competitive nursing program. UNCW is also known for it's great Marine Biology programs/facilities along with its growing Psychology program. Business and Computer Information Systems are a close second and are great programs to study at this school.

Campus overall is well taken care of and they do a good job at maintaining facilities. Rec center just tripled in size and is pretty new. There are computer labs in each building. Food is pretty good, they have Subway and Dunkin; basically stuff like that. Event wise they could be better. THey often try to promote and create cool events. It just lacks that spectacular factor. Besides that CIS building is super tech, Education building is cool, and campus is very spacious and open.
