Being an Architect
Workload is seen to be very strenuous. The program is well known in the nation, and it is good for future jobs. Hard work will definitely pay off in the long run for this major.

The BEST
We boast the #2 dining program in the nation (only second to a small school in Maine). Variety is key which is expressed through a number of dining halls and eating choices throughout campus. Both quality and quantity is evidently important factors.

Fair Is Fair
Campus security and police aren't looking to get anybody in trouble. They just intervene when it is called to intervene. RAs are the same deal; they are not out to get anyone and are completely fair.

Something for Everyone
When first signing up for classes at Virginia Tech, I was overwhelmed by the multitude and variety of options available. They have a class to cater to everybody. The most difficult part of registration is choosing between a lot of good class choices. They have upper and lower level classes of the same subject in case that might not be your area of focus but still want to learn about it. Overall, the process and choices are fair.

"LET's GO! HOKIES!!"
Athletics are definitely a unifying point for VT. On football game days, the entire campus is painted with maroon and orange apparel. As we all share a desire to win in any sport being played, we still always believe in Hokie Respect. There are also club and intramural sports available for everyone in a wide range of choices. Add two great fitness centers to all of that and we have one fine, fit campus.

Search for Fun
Nightlife can be a very fun experience if one is willing to search for the action. If a student is under 21, then the Downtown night scene is out of the question. People under 21 have to take the transit, searching out different apartment complexes to find something worthwhile. The best bet for underclassmen is to have connections.
