Intelligent Professors Yet Challenging Staff
I feel that that the major related courses are taught well;however, the liberal and general courses could be taught with more considerate, pleasant, and professional instructors. The professors in the fashion design courses have all been in industry and usually share personal experience to help us grow and excel in the future. The business aspect of the school is occasionally difficult, I have found that you must stay assertive and remind the staff of the problem multiple times until it is resolved. In conclusion, I enjoy my time at FIT and feel that it will be the degree that I need to find success in my desired industry.

Plenty of Homework Not Much Time for Fun
The school is mostly centered on academic life. Our classes require a significant amount of time. The school provides social gatherings but they are not popular. The clubs for specific majors and interests seem quiet and do not involve the general population of the school.
