Excellent Housing Options
Even WashU's worst dorms are nicer than the dorms at many colleges. WashU does a great job of making sure their students are well taken care of. The rooms, on average, are also very spacious, comfortable, and well furnished (some even come with tempurpedic matresses).

Not Known for Our Sports....
As I understand it, we have a very good womens' basketball team and a very good womens' track team... but that's about it. The stadium at my high school was honestly much larger than WashU's.

Alcohol Isn't a Big Deal
Peer pressure at a place like this is very manageable. If you don't drink, you will by no means be the only one. WashU and the local police don't even care if you drink as long as you are being safe. Drugs however aren't taken as lightly... I haven't had any personal experiences with drugs or even weed here (though I am expecting to in the near future, and the off-campus frats are known for having weed). Supposedly, there are high penalties here for anything beyond alcohol.
