Small Rural Town With a Big Heart
Although this school is located in a rural area, the community surrounding the school adds to the special intimate setting. Community members are just as involved as the students and faculty members. You really get a familial feeling when here.

Very Safe
I have never gotten the feeling that safety was an issue at Williams. Williams faces the problems that all college campuses face. However, the student network here adds an extra level of security that you cant find at many other places. On the other hand, some do wish that the college were more serious about national drinking policies.

No Greek Scene
Plain and Simple: Williams does not have a Greek scene. It probably would further separate the campus if it did exist though.
