Neeley School of Business
The M.J. Neeley School of Business is unique in the sense that it combines Neeley's great nationwide reputation with a faculty of professors that provide the attention to students that you'd find at a smaller school.

Balanced Curriculum for Balanced Students
I appreciate the fact that TCU requires all students to complete its core curriculm before they are permitted to begin working on their major. By doing this, students develop basic knowledge about a wide array of topics and this general knowledge gives the student a better appreciation and understanding of the world that we live in. The academic workload itself is completely managable if you utilize basic time management skills. Prioritizing things helps alot

Fort Worth Loves TCU
I personally love how Fort Worth has the feel of a college town without being just a college town. I'll explain this sentiment in two parts:
First, Fort Worth residents HATE when Fort Worth is called "the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex" because Fort Worth is a city that is completely independent of Dallas. Because of this, Fort Worthians TCU is something that they can take pride in and rally around. When we won the Rose Bowl, the Trinity River was dyed purple and messages of congratulations could be seen all around town.
Secondly, Even though TCU is located in Fort Worth, Fort Worth isn't just a college town. Unlike Lubbock or College Station, there is alot to do off campus. Fort Worth came before TCU so it was given time to develop into a enjoyable place to live/study.

Diversity Is Noticable but Not Exactly Overwhelming
TCU is home to plenty of different kinds of people but the majority of the student body is pretty normal (for lack of a better term). Greek life is a big part of student life and that's quite obvious just by walking around campus. The typical male TCU student is a clean-cut white individual who dresses well and whose family has money. The typical female TCU student is an attractive blonde/brunnete with a similar persona as their male counterparts. I'm not saying that this is a negative characteristic about TCU but the lack of diversity is definitely noticable.
