So Close to Downtown
Downtown Portland is literally 5 miles away from campus and the Pio (bus shuttle) takes you downtown every hour for free! It's so convenient and there is so much to do. Whether you want to go to Saturday market on the weekend for some one-of-a-kind things or go to the giant Nike store, there is always something outside of the Lewis & Clark "bubble."

24 Library=Awesome!
From Sunday at 9am to Friday at 10pm the library is open 24 hours a day. It may not seem like that big of a deal, but when it's 1am, your roommate is having a party, and you have a paper due the next morning, having the library open all night is amazing! You will definitely learn to love Watzek and you might even spend a night there.

Pick the Right Dorm!
Living on campus is really not that bad, you just have to make sure you pick the right dorm. If you get into one that isn't filled with people similar to yourself, you might have some problems. For example, Copeland=Athletic Dorm(best dorm!). Forest=Hipster Dorm. Platt=Artistic Dorm. Just know which fits you best, and you'll have an amazing experience! I know some people got into Stewart(Substance Free) and barely spend any time there because they didn't fill out the preference form! FILL OUT THE PREFERENCE FORM! It's definitely worth the time!
