Tons of Great Restaurants
Brunswick is small, but there are almost fifty restaurants within a mile radius of campus, most of them on Maine Street. Not that anyone's looking, because the food on campus is already awesome! Also, The Gelato Fiasco is unique to Maine and undoubtedly has some of the highest quality gelato in the country. Town-gown relations are good, Bowdoin is well known in the area and respected; another plus.

Computers on Campus
Computers are good and all over campus, and the 24-hour lab is excellent for late-night/early-morning homework. The printing allocation makes printing practically free as long as you don't print fifty pages of stuff a week. WiFi is fast and reliable. Most people use personal laptops and labs stay fairly empty.

Four Seasons
Autumn is gorgeous and everyone sunbathes on the quad when it's nice out. The snow is beautiful once winter arrives, but slush -- not so much. Spring, also, is cold and muddy in general. It gets really nice again towards the end of spring semester.
