Are admission decisions mailed by April 1st or are they all mailed on April 1st.

they are mailed. the day they are mailed, they send you an email. mine just came in

RPI has been emailing me non stop about applying but I don't have the grades to get in. Is this happening to anyone else? The deadline was a while ago but they extended mine till March 5th.

It can't hurt to reply...you can only try. call admissions and let them know your urgency.

Same here. I also don't have the grades but somehow I'm on like this special Candidate's Application. I didn't apply though.

Yeah I don't understand why though because I know if I applied the reality of getting in is very slim

They're only trying to cast a wide net and have more students applying. This allows them to seem more selective than they traditionally are.

I don't think financial aid has a lot to do with admission decisions.

Does anyone have any information on fine arts at UCLA? I have already submitted my portfolio, just have been very nervous.

Hope you get in! I also felt that way after submitting my portfolio, but I applied to DMA. Best of luck!
