Virtually Nonexistent
All Grove City College students are guaranteed on-campus housing for 4 years. The only students that live off-campus are either commuters or 5th year students. That said, the apartments in the area are quite nice.

Some Limitations
Freshmen are not allowed to have a car on campus. Parking availability for upperclassmen is somewhat limited and generally involves a lot of walking. On the other hand, there is very little need for a car due to how much is within walking distance of campus.
