The School That Has Everything
If there is something I love most about Ohio State, it's that it has a lot of diversity in the classes offered. From Agriculture to Zulu, there is something for everyone. Additionally, the tradition of excellence claimed by the university is reflected in it's faculty and teaching staff as I've yet to encounter a professor or teaching assistant that was not dedicated to what they were teaching.

Safe, but Still in the Middle of a City
Being a big school in the middle of a city Ohio State has put a lot of security measures in place to make it as safe as possible. However, Columbus is still a big city and the campus is public, meaning anyone can walk around campus. During the day it's very safe, but it's probably not a bad idea to avoid walking alone at night and to follow all the basic safety procedures.

Average, but Getting Better
Not being used to sharing a room made living in the dorms a lot harder. However, for being as big a school as Ohio State is, they do put every effort into making the dorms feel comfortable and homey. New renovations on the South Campus dorms as well as the addition of Lane Avenue housing should make living on campus easier in the future.
