Cute Small Town
Oxford is a really picturesque small town. The Square is beautiful and the restaurants delicious, but the shops are often pricey. Square Books is a must and has really cool activities during the week, like book signings and readings. There are many opportunities to volunteer within the community and Oxford and the University coexist really well. Off campus housing, especially on the square can be pricey, but sometimes you'll find really good deals. Rowan Oak is really cool and there are many historic sites and museums. The bars are good and not that difficult to get into, but they all close at 1. The nearest malls/shopping centers are very far away, most students just go to Walmart.

Besides Football, Pretty Good, Grove Still Amazing
Our football team is really depressing and has pretty much alienated its fanbase by consistently failing and not caring, but besides them the basketball and baseball teams are pretty good and going to games is fun! IM sports are easy to get into and diverse so lots of people do that. Even when our team sucks, the Grove is still the most amazing tailgating experience ever.

Beautiful
The weather is so so nice here. You get all four seasons, and Ole Miss is beautiful in every one. My favorite is fall, when all the leaves change colors and the temperature is in the 60s. Winter's pretty and sometimes it snows, but it's not too horribly cold. Spring is gorgeous with all the flowers blooming and the grass in the Grove is green and the temperature is pleasant. Summer gets pretty hot, but not unbearable as long as you have AC.
