Computer Access
The computer network is typically strong on the campus of Howard University. I think the WiFi connection could be a bit stronger, but has improved over the years. All of the computer labs do not have printers which can be incontinent for those on the go. Overall, there are no huge issues.

Athletic Center and Libraries
The athletic centers are not up to standards for the amount of money that is put into Howard University. I believe the athletic department needs to be updates with better gyms and weight lifting facilities. Also, the football field could be better. I think the school needs to invest in it's sports and athletic department as a whole. The libraries are also an issue. I think they can renovate and still keep the historical look of the main library, Founders Library. The inside of it makes students not even want to go in there to look for books. Many students I come in contact with do not use the library on campus, just the graduate libraries.

Buses, Train(Subway) and Shuttles
Transportation to and from campus is excellent. You can walk to a lot of things on and off Howard University. The public buses run consistently near the campus and even run throughout the night. The train or subway is also a great way to get around campus the area. There are like 2 or 3 train stops near the campus at about 10 minute walking distance or less. These trains take you to many locations in Washington,DC, Maryland and Virginia. The shuttles on campus are great too because they are consistent and take you to multiple locations on the campus as well as the train station and now to a off campus with student apartments.
