Jacobs School of Music
I came to Indiana University - Bloomington because of the excellent Jacobs School of Music. So far in my first semester, I have loved being a part of the music school. The professors are really great and knowledgable and the class sizes are good. Even for classes where graduate students are teaching, they have all been very good so far. I love that it is a large music school inside of a large, state university, but at the same time the music students form a close-knit family. I love it!

IU Facilities
Since I am in the school of music, I probably use the general university facilities less than the average student. The only library I use is the music library, but so far it has met every need I have. I like studying at the Union, especially since it has Starbucks! I love the whole atmosphere of the campus, especially that it is in right in the heart of Bloomington, but still has a campus feel, not just a city feel.

I Love IU!
I really love IU. I would definitely come here again, and probably will for grad school. For me, the music school is the main attraction, but when I first came onto campus to audition, I just knew I would fit in. It was the only school I visited that I could actually picture myself living in. My first instinct was definitely right!
