Convenience
There are tons of places to eat within a five mile radius around the campus. As a college student, convenience is very important especially during midterms and finals. There are even a few places that offer a great happy hour menu with cheap eats and drinks.

Athletic Facilities
Sacamento state offers a great fitness facility exclusively for students and alumni. All the equipment is new with indoor facilities that allow students to stay active throughout the year. The indoor facilities include basketball, soccer, volleyball, rock climbing, and racquetball.

Greek Life
Since Sacramento state is a commuter school, greek life isn't as prevelant throughout the campus. Although there are many frats and sororities on campus, they do not seem as active on the campus.
