Campus Activities
The facilities at the University of Pittsburgh a very good. There are numerous on-campus groups that encompass a variety of activities in which the student can become involved. The student center and library are located centrally to the campus and are very accessible to students.

University Housing
There are plenty of dorms on campus for student to chose from. Some of the rooms are very small though such as Litchfield Towers. I lived in the Honors Community, which had much bigger rooms, but the buildings are pretty old without air conditioning and bad heating control (sometimes too hot or chilly).

Transportation
Transportation is overall pretty good. Public transportation is always running and can take students almost anywhere (prepaid). Having a car on campus is very difficult, though, because parking is very expensive and it is hard to find a place to put it.
