Interesting and Flexible
The professors at Susquehanna University generally keep classes small and lively. They are always available and willing to help. Depending on your program, the coursework can be demanding. But I've had a class that I didn't find useful. Also, The registrar's office is incredibly flexible if you decide to change majors or minors. I know this having changed my own five times.

Wonderful Campus
Susquehanna University's campus is beautiful. There is a coffehouse and an on-campus nightclub, and plenty of places to eat and hang out. The Student Activities Commitee always has something going on, including a concert every semester from a popular band. Just recently, we hosted David Cook, One Republic, and Jack's Mannequin.

Really Variable
Susquehanna University is in Pennsylvania, so of course the weather is very unpredictable. The campus is always lively when the weather is nice, but it does rain a lot and we get a pretty decent amount of snow. However, a lot of professors live on campus, so don't expect a snow day. Ever.

Lots of Variety, Not Much Change
There are several places to eat on campus, and the offer a decent amount of variety. However, they don't change up the menu a lot, so you're liable to get tired of eating the same thing all the time. The food is decent. My favorite places on campus are Clyde's and Charlie's. Clyde's is out of the way, and keeps weird hours, but it serves really healthy food. Charlie's is the campus coffehouse, and is open in the evenings.

Car Not Necessary, but Helpful
All students are allowed to have cars on campus, which is great to go into town or any local attractions. The campus is small, though, so transportation isn't a necessity. There is a shuttle bus that runs from Selinsgrove to Harrisburg's airport and train station. Other than that, however, you're on your own.

Pretty Safe
I never get nervous walking though Susquehanna's Campus. It's quiet and safe, and public saftey keeps a fairly close eye on things. I recommend keeping your dorm room locked to protect your stuff, but on campus you never have to worry about someone taking your things.

Bring Your Own Computer
It can get inconvinent if you don't have your own computer, especially at crunch time. But you can almost always find a spot in one of the labs. Susquehanna University has WiFi in almost all of the buildings. Printing is free, and there's no limit, so having your own printer isn't necessary. But it is nice to have one if you're in a hurry, since the lab computers are a bit slow.

Close to Class
All the dorms are pretty decent, but the best options are Seibert and West Village. They aren't available for freshmen, though, so a newcomer's best option is either Reed or Aikens. No matter which dorm you're in, it will never take you more that 15 minutes to get to class.

Greek Life Is for the Greeks
Greek Life at Susquehanna University is very active, and very involved. They hold lots of events and parties. However, non-Greeks usually don't get involved, and there is generally a social split, especially with some of the sororities. But if you're not a Greek, it's no big deal.
