Average Amount of Drugs
Keep in mind, there are a decent amount of hippies at the University of Puget sound. In the first couple weeks of school, there have already been several drug busts in Anderson/Langdon Hall. It's not prevalent enough to the point you have to smoke, though. People here are accepted regardless.

Security Is Decent
Security is decent at finding people who break the rules, but there isn't a whole lot of actual punishment going on. Nobody has been expelled for drinking or smoking, only written up.

Dismal
Being a private school, UPS is still overpriced for the amount they charge us. Even with a $20,000 scholarship it can still be hard to pay your bills if your parents come from a lower-middle class background.
