We have shuttles around campus and to the nearest train station at night. Security is just a phone call to the main desk. People are comfortable leaving their doors unlocked. With drinking and other drugs security is very lax, as long as you're discrete it will be okay. But if someone needs to go to the hospital then security is very quick to respond
