There are tons of schools in Lancaster County, however Villanova is the one locals are proudest of. People in the area follow Nova basketball and are often as invested in the games as much as students are. Even neighboring school student's, follow our programs, come to our parties and partake in the nova community as a whole.

Villa-Lots-Of--Fun
The name Villa-no-fun is often brought up when people ask about night life here. To be truthful it is no Arizona state but for the caliber of school It has a great night life. As a fresh/sopht people tend to go to sports teams/frat parties. Upperclassman tend to go to the locals bars more often then not.

Engineering
I applied early action to Villanova, I got deferred which scarred me but ended up getting in during regular admission. Many of the people here were in the same boat as me. There are also a surprising number of people that opted to stay on the waiting list and got in. For the engineering or business schools you apply to them specifically on the application but it is not hard to transfer if you want to change once at school.
