Nightlife at Northern Arizona University

D-

If You're Looking for Any Type of Nightlife, Don't Come Here.

There's really not much to do in Flagstaff. The clubs are dingy, gross, and sometimes not even open! And when you do find one to go to, it's a pretty sad scene.

Greek Life at Northern Arizona University

C

Non-Stereotypical

There definitely is a greek scene here, but they are not your typical, stereotypical people that you would associate with greek life. They are very diverse. Also, all of the sororities and frats are house in a residence hall on campus, so it can be slightly strict.

Overall Experience at Northern Arizona University

D-

Not What I Expected.

I'm a second semester freshman here, and it's not what I expected at all. There's nothing to do in Flagstaff, unless you're 21 and even then its debatable. Being originally from southern California I was excited for the colder and more varying weather, but instead I have found it to be depressing. At the beginning of the year, everyone was outside and it was an overall happier environment; now everyone stays inside and its more difficult to meet new people and find new things to do. Lastly, the social scene is lacking, no one keeps their doors open... I don't even know who my neighbors are! The only redeeming qualities seem to be Flagstaff's beauty and the ease of enrolling in classes.
