City of Hobos and Smoking
So many people smoke while they walk, outside buildings, and the smell just sticks to them and it is disgusting and there are hobos everywhere XD.

They have chipotle, thai food, sushi, alot of different american and other cultural resturants around.

At a party at vcu there are always drinks and such. And there are people on the buses rolling up blunts right in front of you.
