Off Campus
Located in downtown Nashville, finding an off campus place can be pricey and just a hassle overall. On campus living is very relaxed and still allows you a lot of freedom.

Bad Parking
Parking can be awful. Unless you get there early, be prepared to drive around for quite awhile. Commuters can park anywhere but still struggle, on campus are much more limited and can feel quite stuck when there arent any spots available.
