Unhelpful

So far all the teachers that i have emailed at this school have been no help to me at all. AND on top of that they have all been extremely rude! For example, My chemistry teacher is a huge ass, and when i emailed him about extra help he told me this wasn't high school. A simply no would suffice but all the teachers give back attitude. I would completely understand their need to be rude if i was asking ridiculous things, but all my emails have been simple questions. Even the dean of undergraduate studies was extremely rude when i emailed him. No one cares if you need help at this school!!
