Cheap but Poor Quality
Housing off campus is relatively cheap for DC prices however, the conditions of the houses are usually poor. You will have several roommates and will often deal with unfriendly landlords. Off-campus housing is easy to find and is close to campus.

Students are above average, compared to other schools. I think they are smarter, more studious, and more attractive.

Not Sure
Lots of people drink but I'm not sure what the drug scene is like. There are always options not to participate in these.
