Expensive, but Worth Every Penny
The wealthy neighbors can be a pain and everything is overpriced but there's just so much to do in Georgetown! There's really no other neighborhood like it. Shops, bars, restaurants, etc. It's easy to forget that all of DC is just one GUTS bus ride away when you have so much to do close to campus.

Strange Weather
Generally, the weather is pretty mild compared to the Northeast, but bring raincoats and warm winter clothing. We've gotten hurricanes, snow, and heavy rain, so be prepared for anything.
