A Swipe, It Really Is So Simple.

They are really strict about people having their Hofstra Cards and swiping every time they enter the building. I get the importance of it, but the punishment for forgetting your ID is pretty ridiculous. You can get a summons if you don't it. It seems a little crazy to me.

The Blue Beetle Isn't a Good Option

The trains and buses are a great way to get around the area. They cost money but it's worth it. The Blue Beetle is free which is nice but it can be really unreliable at times. Sometimes it won't come at a certain time even though it's supposed to, it will come early at others and leave you stranded. The bus to the mall only runs on the weekend which is a huge inconvenience if you need something you can only get from the mall or target.
