In the Capital
I chose the University at Albany because their psychology program is one of their main majors, the campus is a sight to see, and all of the professors are very good at what they do. I have had a pretty good experience there.

Its Albany
Everyone is out during the night. Every house downtown has a party and there are a lot of clubs and bars to choose from. Buses run until 2 in the morning so getting back to campus is free. Come to Albany if you want a good time.
