Parking Can Be Pricy
I haven't had an issue as far as finding a parking space, but getting a parking permit on campus is pretty expensive. Some students get the night pass, simply because it's a cheaper alternative. Many will even share parking passes with friends or classmates in order to save money. A lot of students will also use the shuttle buses to get around since it doesn't cost anything to ride. If you don't have a permit, there are garages on campus to park in, but you'll still have to pay, and even this can be expensive depending on the time of day you are on campus.

May Run Into a Few Bumps, but Other Wise It's Fine
I received a decent amount of financial aid. I've only had an issue once with financial aid, and it was mostly with how I wanted my refund to be released. Other than that, the people in the financial aid department are nice and they are pretty on top of everything.

Lots of Options, but Can Be Pricy
On-campus housing gets full very fast at A&M. Because of this, there are a ton of apartments and homes available between College Station and Bryan. A lot of the apartments in the area are older, though there are newer ones being built every year it seems. The newer ones tend to be more expensive. The older ones are affordable, but some are more run down than others. Off campus dorms are also available and are about the same price as living on campus.

Greek Is More of an Option
You'll see sororities and fraternities pushed at the beginning of the year during the Rush week, but not too much after that. The most you may see are the shirts or them promoting events. There are so many other organizations at A&M to choose from, so there's not pressure for anyone to go Greek if they don't want. You'll fit in just about anywhere.
