When I lived on campus only people who lived on that particular dormitory could get in and had to have their gate access card. There was a security number that could always be reached as well.

It's just a huge school. The amount of people for me just gets to a point of annoyance - but I chose to go there so... Which means there are a variety of people around. The greek life groups are pretty serious about themselves. As well as any other group for that matter within majors.
