Clark Atlanta University is located in the heart of Atlanta, Georgia. Atlanta is a very metropolitan urban city with lots to do. There are great cultural activities, amazing night life and many fun things to be done. There are many major shopping malls, Atlanta has one of the worlds largest aquariums and the restaurants are fantastic!There is also much opportunity for internships and entry level job opportunities for students in the are . The city is very diverse and has many other colleges in the area so its almost like a college town in a big city environment.

Great Housing Everywhere
There are numerous places to find off campus housing in Atlanta because it is such a major city. Most of the colleges are downtown so housing inside the city limits is preferable. Housing in the downtown area is slightly more expensive than housing further out and there is less space however it is convenient and close to everything you could ever need.

Nightlife
CAU has a very vibrant nightlife. There are always party promoters on campus passing out flyers for the hottese parties in the city. They also send shuttles to transport students who do not have cars on campus to and from parties. Greek letter organizations and other clubs also host parties on campus in the student center.
