It's hot as hell, but no one cares. Girls wearing short shorts and t-shirts. Guys mostly in frat attire. Saturday game days, LSU is no longer a campus, it's one huge party.

Pita Pit, Cane's, Hungry Howie's, Chimes, Rotolo, Mike Anderson's, Walk Ons, Fat Cow, The Drunken Fish, and much more. The food in Louisiana is amazing no matter where you go.

Old, but Renovated
All of the campus housing is quite old, my building was built in the early 40s, but there is an interesting policy in effect. For every new building built, at least 2 must be renovated, and the renovations are very, very nice. The rooms are quite small though, so I hope you like your roommate.
